★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment at 2.30pm, tapi cat taxi pickup around 10am. They said can pickup my cats after 4pm. I sampai 4pm, kucing2 i tak siap lagi & siap cakap "dorg garang". Saya bayar, kalau tak mampu dgn kucing jangan buat service grooming kucing. My first time here. Selama ni i pergi mcm2 spa for grooming, tak pernah dorg cakap kucing i susah nak handle. I try this spa sebab dekat dgn my place. I sampai at 4pm & also whatsapp them but theyre not even reply. At least inform bagitahu delay. Ni tak reply, sampai2 je kucing tak siap lagi. Siap grooming pun 5.40pm. First & last.
Sent my cat for grooming & they couldn’t handle my cat because they said its too fierce. I paid for it and I think they should able to handle the problem. If I can do it myself I won’t pay it for help.

It was my first time and i really had a great experience with Boboy Pet Station staff services and professionalism. I was greeted in the morning and they check in my cat as soon as i enter, i told them about my cat condition and they take note without delaying your further. Very well manner and friendly. Thumbs up to the front desk lady ?
Here it comes to the updates of my cat, they update me once my cat has been checked in with photos and they would update me with photos and how is my cat doing in 1 or 2 days. They understand my cat dont really mix with other so they had her play time to play in her own room. I opt for grooming session, they show me photos of her bathing and a short video clip while she is bathing. These action really put me at ease as i know they are taking care of her gentle and well. Thumbs up to you lady ?
Last but not least, i opt for cat taxi, cat taxi guy Mr Iman will inform you when he is on the way and give you a call once he arrive. I was greeted with cheerful face and he double check if my name and my cat name is correct. Thumbs up to you man ?
Really glad to have send my cat over for boarding and grooming eventhough it is a distance from my home. However as they have new branch in Subang, definitely will return for their tip top services. Keep it up with the good work, return customer are always your motivation to do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the open atmosphere where we can go in and see our cats. And the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
The best thing is this is like a personal butler service where the staff will send you pictures and updates of your cats on a daily basis.
Highly recommended. And hopefully they can keep the services up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cats were well taken care of. Everyday there was an update and video of them for the 4 days they stayed there. Price is also reasonable . The place is very clean and well maintained. Staff was also friendly and very good with the cats. Thank you so much for taking good care of my cats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our fur babies were well taken care of. They even have a private play time daily. All of our fur babies were well fed and they seem happy to be there. We received daily updates and videos on their progress. No regrets choosing BPS for boarding. Really recommended

The booking process was easy as I received a prompt reply via WhatsApp. Staffs was professional and cat taxi was punctual and followed instructions. They also sent me before and after grooming pictures and videos of my cat during her bath time, which I appreciate so much. Overall a recommended place ????
