★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since 2014, I have been coming here over the years henever I'm back in Ipoh. It was a great gym and well-priced. However, I've noticed it has severely declined in quality and the equipment is poorly maintained.
To name some of the current issues:
- The rubber on some of the dumbbells and weight plates are worn off
- There are 3 cable machines here and there only seem to be 2 metal handles available (for 3 cable machines)
- The cable machine wires are loose and flimsy and could probably snap anytime
- The cushion on the benches are cracking and worn out
- The benches in the free weight section have really flimsy pins that make you feel like it'll fall over when you do incline presses
- The toilets often smell like pee
I hope in months to come, these issues will be fixed so that no one gets injured. The gym is in a great location, the business model of the ticket system is perfect for travellers but I can't in good faith recommend anyone here for the time being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible gym equipments.
When it was first open , many years ago , it was good but then after years , the equipment is not maintained and everything is half working. The fees is cheap but however , if you can find other gym nearby to substitute it , please do so.
The treadmills are crappy or you can say dangerous to use. The changing room is so DIRTY. I don’t even know how it is acceptable .
When it rains, the place is leaking making certain areas wet which is dangerous if someone slips.
The owner have zero maintainence for this place. Taking gym fees but no maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The equipment are mostly worn out, the rubber on some bench has cracked or tear. By far the worse is the treadmill, most of them are not functioning properly and very dangerous. What's more is the smell of the toilet, terrible. The owner get money from people but not doing any proper maintenance to the gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope the owner/management does something about the current state of the male changing rooms. Its horrible. You only get two benches where one is broken and held in place with more wood and the other will break any time. Its also half a store with broken weights and kitchen equipment (!) stored there. Come on man, at least remove the old stuff, place decent benches/chairs and a table at minimum. Only then it would be conducive to have a shower before going home. The changing room lacks basic facilities and comfort.
Please also maintain the treadmills better. Sometimes the belt snags. Could cause us to abruptly stop and injure ourselves. Please also provide yoga mats at the end of the gym to perform body weight exercises on the red stage for us to care about our personal hygiene.
The rest of the gym is decent enough to work out in. The more people the better it is because it motivates us to exercise longer. The fees are quite cheap. A booklet of 10 vouchers is RM50 making it RM5 per visit. Vouchers are valid for 2 months from date of purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipments is quite old and rusty, but most of it is still usable. Admission is RM8, buying bundle coupon is cheaper, RM50 for 10 tickets. If you are those atas people, don't like rusty things, you can ignore this gym. But overall, this gym is complete and functional.

that's the first gym that I went with this rule. "sports pants" are required. and definition of sport pants is any pants without zipper. I can't comprehend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my first time hitting the gym with my friend, there are different kinds of equipment but a lot of them are out of service. The environment is comfortable and good ventilation. They provide us a cloth and a bottle of disinfectant spray to disinfect the equipment before and after using it during this pandemic.
