★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been almost 2 years since I last came to this gym, so I was pleasantly surprised that the range of equipment has improved significantly. The floors are incredibly clean and the weights are well-maintained. There's great ventilation and the gym folk are friendly. Would recommend!

And there are no hidden fees or sleazy sales men trying to subscribe you for years like other gyms in PJ and KL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good atmosphere with okay equipment, however 0 SOP. gym totally packed during peak hours with most of the people without a mask and almost nobody use the sanitizer/own towel. Very stressful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transferring from a commercial gym, I can say that this gym is genuinely a bang for your buck. Yes it's small and there's not every single machine out there, but there's enough that you can do your workout without a hitch. For the price, really worthed it and the staff are nice. Would recommend it if you're on a budget ?
