★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told them to cut my dogs hair shorter. They couldn't even comprehend that and shaved my dog bald. Multiple injuries throughout my entire dogs body. Below the ears, back, and chest. The person that dealt with my dogs nail had pry it up so much that his legs had obvious wounds. Would not recommend and never coming back again. Worst experience ever for the price. I may have not experience, but I definitely could have done better than the joke of a person in charge. Utterly useless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shopping experience. The female staff didn't even bother to greet/serve customers at all. Face is super black and zero interaction with customers. Was opening the door and saw us wanna go in, didn't greet at all, and decided to close the door (right in front of us) and let us open by ourselves lol.
The product price is kinda pricey, but the shopping mood got destroyed by the arrogant staff, no time to check everything properly.
Please teach her to at least behave like a polite human being.
