★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst book store that I have ever been! The auntie was so rude. I went back to the store after 5min to get the receipt as I couldn't find it as I thought receipt was not issued. She was nagging and complaining me to the cashier, at the same time asking me to stay as they were searching for it. If you do not want to get scolded, DO NOT GO THIS SHOP!!! There are plenty of book stores around...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with this bookstore was terrible. I'm trying to use Samsung Pay during the payment process, but the cashier insists on the first and last 4 digits of the card. I've explained that I don't bring the physical card and Samsung Pay only shows the last 4 digits. I knew she was just a worker, and as instructed by their company, ended up I paid with cash. After that, I tried to contact their admin and hope they improve this. But unfortunately, I've received feedback that it's their company policy and no changes or improvements will be made to this issue. This means the customer don't the option we need to comply with their policy. Congratulations to your company for losing a small customer.
