★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ONLINE STORE REVIEW: bad customer service when processing my refund. At first, email replies came quickly, but then nothing was done and they stopped replying. I ended up WhatsApp-ing their number after calling it didn’t work. It took another 2 days for the representative to refund me. Gave off the impression that they weren’t organized and that their system is outdated. I’ve never had such a bad experience with an online store before.
I did get my refund in the end which I’m thankful for, but please do better next time. It shouldn’t take a customer this much effort to get the service they’re promised.
