★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very a bad experience for me and family. the agent was very rude because he accused me doing something that i didn’t do. the wifi wasn’t even work, the aircond were very slow. he promised us a basement parking space, but at the end we can’t even enter the parking because the access card not working. worst experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very noisy at night sometimes. Bad smells at the lobby occasionally due to garbage chute I guess. The gate to go to lift is not convenient/suitable/ resident friendly because it's too heavy, badly function as gate,especially when you carry some heavy stuff. Not ideal. Whoever idea that was, it's very shitty. 4 lifts each lobby but only 1 is working, sometimes 2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in on 28th December 2019 and check out on 29th December 2019. 1 night stay meant alots. Very good hospitality by Mr. Abdul Hamid. Really recommend this homestay for those who wanted to find a good place to stay in Johor Bahru. Tq Mr. Hamid and Puan Fhadillah.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is exactly what you see on the pictures. A newly built condominium, Bora Residences at Tropicana Danga Bay, very well designed. The furniture is pretty ‘Ikea’, low in quality but sleek. Minimal amenities (not a concern).
No concierge therefore please contact Flexiasia Bayview prior to your check-in (ask for Whatsapp!) and check-out.
For the rate which I have paid, it is very well worth the stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nearby still developing so will be more convenient in future with shops and eateries. Security guards are friendly and helpful. Most of them from Nepal. Will need to book GRAB to nearby shopping mall like Paradigm Mall or KSL for entertainment and makan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live here. The area is nice, quiet. The building is high quality and always clean. The security personnel are always nice and friendly. The maintenance office staff is also very helpful and friendly.
The facilities are some of the best I've seen in Malaysia, with (not 1, but) 4 pools (1 lap pool, 1 big pool for leisure, 1 small pool with water exercise machines, and 1 kids pool).
The is a block nearby with some restaurants, a police station, 7/11 etc.
