β β β β β Do not ever visit this place. Bad service. Poor customer service. Never update their software make you to reprint your documents again! You pay for their mistakes.

β β β β β The fat malay lady is very very rude, i hope the management put her in cold storage,she is not suppose working to work front of the house, i would not recommend bormas sunway,very very rude staff, hope the management take action againts the fat malay women.

β β β β β 1. Shop do not open on time. Waited 15 mins for arrival of staff.
2. Rude staff. I asked if it is possible to photostat my book by today and the staff told me to do it myself at the photostat machine if i want it by today.
3. Could not manage customer's expectation. Asked the estimated time they would be free and how long does it take to photostat a book. They told me cannot estimate at all, they will call when its done.
Kindly improve your service.
