★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The digital printing quality pretty bad, the colours are not printed evenly on the papers, Rm0.30 for a page of black and white A4 is not really worth it
Again, the printing quality is really lousy, don't go there for digital printing, an advice from an art student.

The rate are very reasonable, for different sizes ,the rates are different ,the staffs are efficient enough to inform you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't go this shop for binding especially for your thesis.
1) They are charging extremely EXPENSIVE!! super duper EXPENSIVE!!!! Double, triple the price from the shop outside. They charged me RM100 while other shop only charged RM30-40
2) They typed the title for the hardcover of thesis wrongly, I emphasised the font type MANY TIMES and they still can doing it wrongly.
3) they outsourced to do the binding
4) Other shop takes one day, the took 3-4 days
5) they didn't call me after the binding was done until I called and asked.
I knew the pricing after comparing with my friend, kena potong 99, NEVER GO AGAIN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I went there in the morning at about 9am, service was quite good and fast. I managed to print my photoshop file which is a psd file. Then the second time I went to scan my documents which consists of a4 and a3 sizes..the service were horrible. I even had to do self service. And the scanned document price were incredibly expensive. No discount were given to me for my self service and 2 hours long wait. They gave the excuse they are short handed. This is ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Photocopy services used to be good, but now expensive and of poor quality compared to other shops around. Also has hidden costs. Went to photocopy about 200 pages today, they charged me 8sen back and front. Each set that needs a regular staple, they'd charge an additional 5sen per staple. Ridiculous. Go to star print just behind them. Far cheaper and better quality.
