โ โ โ โ โ Upmarket restaurant where family gave wifey a birthday treat and booking was made in advance. A unique thing about this place is that you can download via QR code to see the menu in your handphone which my son sent to his friend who viewed and made her choice them my son ordered on her behalf so by the time she arrived the order came too. Expensive but then you pay for the exclusivity. Food was delicious and it was nice tasting othersโ order to discover how the menu taste like. Later we took a walk to the other side of the road via escalator and covered overhead bridge just ti get a glimpse if things.

โ โ โ โ โ First of all the food quality is exceptional however the customer service is very bad and not welcoming at all. I hope they are not being forced labour as it surely looks like they are all so unhappy to be working. Everytime I visit this deli I am getting the same bad customer service experience and hence this review. Please bare in mind I am not coming for free food and I hope to get the bare minimum of customer service etiquette or greetings (which is free) . Looks like this is not the first time people have complained about the customer service and looks like no improvement have been made to tackle this issue. Please help to educate your customer facing team on the basics of customer service and hope the service is improved. If not sure how to get good customer service please go to San Francisco which is opposite your building and just get the warm welcome that they give to their customers, it's a huge shift in paradigm like going from winter cold and gloomy to spring happy and cheerful environment. We are paying and being charged for the environment and overall experience not just for the food. Hope there will be some kind of changes and if you need any clarification do comment and I will be glad to provide it.

โ โ โ โ โ Lovely settings. Staff recommended the breakfast noodles and they were right. The mee was very good, goes very well with the succulent chicken. Coffee was good too. Came here a few mornings for the coffee to go and sandwiches. A little pricey but generous serving.

โ โ โ โ โ Don't mistake the Botanica Deli with the Botanica Restaurant like I did. This is a more lowkey affair and less atas. Having said that, it is what you'd want to expect from Botanica. I ordered the Katsu chicken sandwich and it was pretty massive looking. I still smashed it though.
There is some confusion about what sorts of food was available, so I had to wait until the kitchen opens at 1130 for me sandwich. Ideally, if there's all day breakfast there should be all day sandwich. Having said that, this is one of the better places I've been to for working not in the office. But I'll rock up around 11:30 when the kitchen is open for lunch.
