★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condominium is nice and the apartment design also nice and big comparing to the other condominiums, but it's have one problem. The management is week. There is noisy neighbours, doing engineering work shop in the apartment. Very annoying, I can not study, I can not listen to the TV also I can not record my tutorials. I really want to move from this apartment because of the noisey neighbor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brightly lit apartment with direct sun. Quiet if you are facing inner side away from main road. Airy and windy at times. But carpark could improve with better ventilation.

additional: why have to close the back ways for car at the same time lift lobby back door stilli in use...? all car drive to the back and they stunned ?some shocked ?, because they closed the road and all car need to 3 point turning back where they came from 1 by 1... stupid or what?
