★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been visited another branch in PJ Utama. So happy to hear they had opened another new branch in Damansara Neo, quite near to my house! Had done my eyebrow embroidery and touchup with Nyoxhin, quite satisfied as it looks very natural and nice. Definitely will come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my eyebrow embroidery last Nov and honestly the service is good, professional, clean and the outcome is very natural as well, overall it's a pleasant experience, the review & research are accurate online & I paid 1k for it.
I was convinced to sign up thier membership and the touch up would cost only RM200. Maybe I misunderstood or bad communication thinking only if I signed up I would be entitled to that price and of course I paid to sign up.
and 6 months later when i'm ready to re-touch up it has become RM500, a 150% increase of price just to touch up????! I was told it's recommended to touch up every 6 months so now I'll have to pay 1k yearly just to touch up?
and I dont quite get it what kind of member privilege I get to pay to be a member. I just don't understand a 150% increase of price can justify. I always have brand loyalty when it comes to anything skin care/hair care related, you want to find somewhere good but in this case, I just feel cheated
