AS branches are not in order. People who come later can also do the test first. Ask customers to wait outside. No number is taken. Just let customers stand outside and wait stupidly and spend money to suffer.

โ โ โ โ โ Definitely 5 stars. I got the results through app and email. They were also very fast when responding last minute request as I was going to study abroad and they fulfilled the requirement from airlines. Thank you very much bp diagnostic alor setar!

โ โ โ โ โ BP Lab themselves are professionals. I normally get my result from 4 to 24 hours depends on the package (express or normal) and this branch included.
Being drive through only and with a small area is very dangerous. In most cases I've seen and been in a queue that got beyond the traffic lights and interfering with traffic flows and more than once I've seen near misses that could lead to accident.
It would be great if they accepts walk-in and not just drive through though.

โ โ โ โ โ Not really recommend to elderly or children. The staff who took the test didnโt treat patient gently ? No wonder the kids cried and shouted like hell when the staff poke. I did about 4 times PCR times and this is the most โpainfulโ poke ever ?

โ โ โ โ โ If got zero star, I will rate zero star definitely for the Rtk test super bad experience.
I have compare a few clinic for the pre-departure test for overseas trip for air vtl. I am really regret to choose this BP.
Over here we pay more than other clinics, BP collect Rm70 more expensive than other only Rm60.
But the staff is very rude to poke inside very deeply our nose. I had feedback to them immediately but they insisted they worry about customer complaints too "gentle" and they did refund because of too gently.
My kid also crying after the test. I think the kakak do this dig so deep just want people come one time only. Of course, I will never come back again!
The management should look into this.
Please ensure that the staff treat customers with human sense.
FYI, This is not our first time do this type swab test. Only here, BP is the most painful one!
Think twice before you go.
It is a nightmare for kids.
Again, please go other places to do the Rtk, just a reminder to all. Better just download the CLEA app just pay Rm15 only to get the test result report by ourselves.
