★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called for medical check up. The staff told me to come after 2pm because the person in charge of xray will be around at 2-4pm. I came at 3pm, registered and waited until 4pm no action is taken. That hour is not even packed with people, and the staffs are walking here and there like they are working in the government sector. After i check again with the reception, she told me today is full and ask me to come back other days. 1 hour of waiting just for nothing! Written down my phone number but never even call back. Bad service! Please look into this matter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind of unprofessional conducting swab test as many people are line up and they doing it for the one who line up and those who are driving as well . Walk up and down and not forgetting the one who doing the registration . Waiting here for almost one hour. Very very slow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible horrible. The PCR test result takes longer than 48 hours to come out. I had to pay for RM370 to retake rapid PCR test in the airport.

My client did a urine acid blood test in clinic on 19th Feb 2022, until today 25th Feb, it's a week and the result still pending approval/ signature fr authorize party. 15 years in insurance industry I never experience such delay among labs! Really shameful result from a big lab like you......Very sorry to say that, but TBH, the delay put my client in risk, his protection should start anytime in this week and today is Friday, lab result still pending in BP lab, OMG!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located beside Summit Hotel in BM. They limit the number of people getting into the lab nowadays. Also, covid related cases are handle in the afternoon so advisable to get there in the morning. Called their number countless time before able to get an answer. Service was prompt when I was there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked pcr test twice now via online and just walked in at 2pm.Results were out next day at 6.30am and updated via MySejahtera too..Just wished there were separate lines between online booking customers and walk- in customers..Line were 30-35minutes long too !Much to improve otherwise satisfied customer.Thanks.
