★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for PCR TEST for traveling. Staff are rude and there is no clear instructions. Just said the test starts at 9 and "wait outside". Why ? It's 9:25. We are still waiting outside. Ever consider there are some elderly like me can't stand that long ?

If you dun have enough staff to entertain and service your customer then dun deploy the useless app. Your staff mention will get report on 12pm then ask again delay to 5pm? My friend test later than me in bp healthcare also got the result ady . Really dun understand on this
