★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JB BP here is alot massive different from KL there, especially opposite the plaza pelangi that branch, service suck and rude additional hardly to call in... were doctor supposed to professional and helping people? its feel like these people not train well and educate from tepi jalan . . .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is bad service. Cannot get the medinice and ask me go see other doctor to take medinice even there no give the letter for me buy medinice at farmasi. There like no caring u sick and no responsible to help u sick. Just waste my money to see doctor and take the medinice. So disspointed about there service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t understand why the rating so low. My overall experience at this branch is outstanding. As a fat guy it is not new to me my blood vein is super hard to locate, but Doctor Tan is able to poke in the needle without any hesitation and the pain level is just like a ant bite?
The spectacle girl who greeted me at reception also very knowledgeable in term of blood testing package. No hard sell at all and is very responsive to all the question I asked.
Big thumbs up and highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuss free experience. There were 5 pax in the queue upon my arrival at 10am on last Thursday but the queue cleared in 15 min. The staff worked efficiently despite wearing full set PPE. I get my PCR result on Friday 7am plus.
