In your website, it state that you closed on 5:00PM.. i arrived in 4:35PM, and the store were closed already.. I'm very devistated and very dissappointed because i came from a long drive after my work.. please take action on your staff.. Hence, i already come a few times before, but still your store closed early than the time that has been stated on the website. i hope you will strictly take action.. thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was delighted with the service. They may be overwhelmed with some swab test early in the morning, but once they've settled down, they are genuinely nice people.
I was greeted and called for an appointment, arranged with Ms. Kelly.
Then attended by herself on the day of the appointment. These front liners are very good person once you talk to them. If you're a stuck up person expecting flagship service and red carpet, by all means go to some hotel class private hospital.
As i came into the branch, it was packed and they couldn't really cope with the load. So i just waited for 40mins till they finally attended me.
Attending doctor was Dr. Lee, which explained in detail what i will be going through as i underwent each type of tests.
Then i opted for several other tests by 3 different staff. All are helpful and clear in their instructions.
You have to be a cheerful person for you to be treated the same way.
