★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very ridiculous encounter at BP healthcare Muar for covid-19 drive thru experience on the 26th May 2021. My 4 years old nephew is with me and my mom (66 years old) to do covid test instructed by KKM. We went with KKM letter with our full details in there. Of course there is no issue for me and my mom to show our ic for registration. However, I don’t have ic for my nephew as his parents have tested positive and 1 is doing quarantine and 1 is still in the hospital. They doesn’t have his ic with them either ( tried calling them to send me a picture of nephew’s ic). I have explained the situation to him (a Chinese guy incharge for registration). He insisted that he will not let my nephew do the test if we can’t show picture of the ic - KKM letter with nephew’s name and ic info are not acceptable. This is for me, very much inconvenient and putting everyone at risk. We decided to do it with Bp healthcare was because I wanted to minimize the risk having the senior citizen and young kid to expose to long queue at KKM facility for the test ( we went once, and I don’t feel comfortable). This is the only one that is making the experience sucks and luckily toward the very end - we manage to get someone to find an old picture of the ic and sent to us and show to the guy for registration. We almost missed the test because they have a cut off time at 11 and we arrived there 1040 am.
