worst customer hotline service, very rude answering and hang off my call without provide any answer, hope that HQ treat this seriously since many people already facing the same issue... I will no recommence anyone go PB healthcare in my life anymore.

Booked an appointment for Sunday PCR test (which was an available portion on the website) and made full payment on Wednesday, the nurse called me on Friday to tell me they are not doing test on Sunday. Visited on Monday, started queuing at 9.30am, nurse came out at 11am and say next test will only be available by 2pm-3.30pm. Apparently booking an appointment in advance is useless. And unless you can come queue three hour in advance, otherwise it’s just a waste of your time. Just pay few hundred more to do your PCR test at other clinic. Easy process and no need to wait forever.

Dont come! cheater! Dishonest healthcare center! Better go hospital for details check up, hospital have screening package and even more professional and more detail! Have purchased the Head-to-Toe package for 5 pax cost RM5,000 in year Nov 2019. During purchase, the staff told us this package is valid for 2 years. However, on the receipt itself does not stated that package name & details i.e. for 5 pax, valid for 2 years. Have questioned the staff and was told that this will be tracked by their system and we will just need to give them the purchaser's IC/ mobile number on our next visit. This October, before the package expiry date, have called to make appointment for the head-to-toe screening but no one answer the call. No choice, have to visit the outlet to make appointment. The staff asked us to bring the voucher, tried to explained that there was no voucher given and the staff keep insisting there will be voucher issued. Told the staff that we have redeemed 2 screening in year 2019 and 2 screening in Feb 2021, when we redeemed the screening in this year Feb, the staff did not ask for the voucher. She just verified our NRIC and let us do the screening. After long time, the staff found out that our package was purchased before BP implemented the "voucher policy". The staff spent a long time to retrieve our data from system due to change to new system but the customer details were not incorporated into the new system. Again waiting for more than 30 mins, the staff told us that the package purchased was for 4 pax instead of 5 pax. The staff saw the package was redeemed for 4 times and simply told us the package has been fully redeemed without checking. I should take photo of the brochure! From the system itself, doesn't tell if the package is fully redeemed. Lousy system. Dishonest healthcare center! Everyone Please Be Careful! Better take voice recording as evidence when you visit them! To share another unpleasant experience with BP during my head-to-toe screening in year 2019. Upon signing up the package, was scheduled the screening on a latter date but the staff told us that the blood test can be done first, so we proceeded with blood test. But during my second visit for the remaining screening, was told that my blood samples were missing in transit with unknown reason, the staff was rude and tell me: " you can feedback to HQ". Have emailed the HQ but no response.

Only went there because had to do a PCR test from an approved location. Staff was totally rude.....think that they are approved location to do PCR test and mistreat clients. We are standing outside the glass door and the traffic noise from the background is so noisy that we can't hear what the staff are saying in the center (we can't enter beyond the glass door). Totally rude rude rude....didn't even bother to give instruction to me after handing me a vial. Had to guess what i am supposed to do afterwards. Hope there are other approved PCR testing location that is able to be their direct competitors so they will provide better service. Went to the location at Tmn Abad and got a different reply on how long the test would take. So went to Skudai location to ask the question in person and was told that the report will be ready the same day at 5pm if i were to go for the testing in the morning. But in reality, you only get your report the next day....luckily i went a day earlier for my PCR testing. otherwise i will be stuck without a test report to board a plane.

I done few pcr test at this branch, so far the experience is good. The response via chat and phone was prompt as well, recommended

Came in half an hour , only 1 patient been served. Still 5/6 groups in front of us , even though we had appointment but still waited and wasted so long of time. What is the point to have appointment? I’m looking forward for your answer but not the official response “Apologies and we will investigate further” that I believe a bunch of reviews and your replies are the same and not even improved the whole progress since the first complaint back to half year ago. Will you look into the problem seriously or my complain goes to Malaysia BP main HQ will be more efficient?
