★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience here. Started August 2018. Appointment never missed. Usually pakai for 2 years if not defaulted. But things getting longer. Asked the Dr, said 'Ini Kuasa Tuhan'. Hello? It is through you. Jangan salahkan tuhan if you did not do not do it properly. My gigi bukan rongok teruk. Just a bit terlari ke belakang for my upper front teeth.
Things getting worse bila i kena keep ask dr buat scaling sbb my tooth keep built up karang gigi. The dr only do scaling if you asked! She don't care. Dia buat cepat² je. Bila i pegi buat scaling kat goverment, fuhh.. My gigi dh start berlubang kat bawah sbb karang gigi tu.. 2 LUBANG OK! sedihhnyaaa..
Lepas tu, ada jd skali my besi gigi blkg menyucuk pipi even i pegang that besi with my bare hand pun dpt rasa. Dia buat tak kemas clipping besi tu. Pastu called nk set appointment untuk that pain, dyorg boleh ckp tak boleh. Mmg angin terus lah aku! Nak suruh tunggu sebulan lg sbb baru lepas appointment 3 hari lepas.
Yg tambah teruk lg, dgn nak set appointment susah. Ada jadi sekali org tua Dr meninggal n time tu kena dgn date appointment I. Then, they called me to cancelled the appointment. I said reschedule la sbb bukan my fault. U should cover back the appointment that lost. I already booking cuti for that day then it burned. Please be responsible.
Bayar for RM 8000 servis mcm ni. Not cheap n not worth the price. The Dr never counselled me about tooth caring after pakai braces. I only realise after met the government dental. He just shocked. Kalau from Kulim, better pegi depan giant tu. Tu ja, better think twice before submit dear yourself here. This is my honest review. Up till now April 2021 still pakai. Dah almost 3 years! Thank you.

It is through you. Don't blame god if you didn't do it properly. My teeth are not bad. Just a bit of running backwards for my upper front teeth.
Things getting worse when i have to keep asking dr for scaling sbb my tooth keep built up tartar. The dr only do scaling if you asked! She don't care. He made it fast. When I go for scaling with the government, fuhh .. My teeth start to have holes at the bottom like the dental plaque .. 2 HOLES OK! sedihhnyaaa ..
After that, there was a scale of my tooth iron behind it poking my cheek even I held that iron with my bare hand and could feel it. He messed up the iron clipping. Pastu called nk set appointment for that pain, dyorg can ckp can't. The wind keeps me! I want you to wait another month after the appointment 3 days ago.
What's worse, it's hard to set an appointment. There was a time when Dr's old man died and that time was due to the date of my appointment. Then, they called me to cancel the appointment. I said reschedule la sbb not my fault. U should cover back the appointment that lost. I already booking leave for that day then it burned. Please be responsible.

It's hard to answer a call if there's a clever problem, he settles it himself ... I want to call the clinic for a week x answer the call better find another clinic with bad service
