★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there last Saturday and several things need to be improved:
1. Safety - Barrier and barricade need to be installed at staircase to prevent children from falling down. Even the teacher/aunty mentioned they monitor and provide escort, but in split second anything can happen when we are dealing with children. Prevention is better than cure.
2. Safety - Sliding door lock mechanism in top floor class (for 2-3 years children) in unserviceable. Children can easily open the door and go outside where there is a risk of falling down to ground (about 20ft) and access to dangerous things placed outside the compound. Then, there is also risk form external source like stranger and unwanted animal (as there is big tree located nearby).
3. Safety - There is no anti-slippery mat at upper floor bathroom and the shower/water heater also is unserviceable. This can lead to slip and trip and cause serious injury to children.
4. Safety - Staircase area floor need to be replace and renovate as I found several place got cracking and uneven.
5. Housekeeping - Most of the facility need to be change and clean as it's already old and seasoned.
6. Housekeeping - Sliding door rail/track and other furniture need to be cleaned regularly to prevent from dust trap which can lead to illness.
7. Ceiling fan located at children dining area are too low and become a hazard to staff, visitor and also children.
8. Communication - Staff need to be well-verse on the knowledge and information to be shared with prospect parents. All question been asked the answer is "from HQ". No clear answer provided when we asked about food.
Pros:
1. The staff are nice and friendly during our visit.
2. Easy and reachable during communication thru phone call and Whatsapp
3. Nice compound as it is corner lot house.
This is my personal observation during my visit. Different people have their own perspective. No intention to condemn or downgrade. Everything is for children's safety and well-being. Hope improvement can be done soonest possible. Family first! Thank you.
