Bad service... Firstly, i ask for the t-shirt because the display just have XL only but the staff says 'we have XL only' and then when i see infront of the display had 1 for XXL..secondly,i saw a nice shoe rm47 and i see the biggest size has 44 and i ask a lady staff the shoe and he said wait for a while..i already wait 15 minute for the shoe and the lady still not come to me and im very3 dissapointed of brand outled service..first and the last i came...

May I know Brands Outlet Melawati Mall, which SOP are you following? I understand that we cannot try the clothes..but shoes? How can we buy if we don't know whether the shoes fit or not?

On 24 of February 2021 11.00a.m, I had visit to Brand Outlet Melawati Mall branches. I'm very disappointed with the customer service of this branches. The security followed me everywhere and look at me from distance. I had no intention of stealing and I did no brought any suspicious bag inside and it makes me so uncomfortable to be tail around. Please have some respect to your beloved customer. Furthermore, I couldn't find myself any assistant and my existent was completely questionable. I only saw one worker in the beginning of my visit but he vanish once I visit his section near the changing room. Their discipline was attended with equally disappointing results.
