★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is heaven if you're only looking for the expensive but oh-so-worth-it Callebaut and Valrhona series. There's a wall just for them and I can almost taste the wonderful chocolate melting in my mouth.
The space is clean, organised and air conditioned. They sell limited ranges of baking ingredients and tools. For the luxury that the aforementioned brands brings, I expected wider selection in basic ingredients like butter flour (they only had AP), butter (no butter, just margerine) and nuts (no nuts). It could be a specialised shop selling delicious cocoa so just bear that in mind when you come.
