★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite how "nice" the campus looks, I think most of my friends and I would not recommend BAC for the following reasons:
1) extremely crowded, hundreds of students in classes, long lines at the lifts. Its common to walk 10+ flights of stairs because of this. Lecturers are knowledgeable and committed but also seem overworked by BAC, having to juggle multiple batches of students at once.
2) BAC are very money hungry. As everyone attests to, the students and their wellbeing seem to come second to fees. I feel sorry for those struggling to pay fees during these hard times. Seems no empathy is shown by the school. Every year BAC seem to raise their fees as well.
3) Bad management: I swear our course coordinator was missing from her office half the time.
4) Misleading advertising: my last grievance is how they label their UOL LLB course. It does NOT infact have multiple intakes, there is only one - in September. Don't waste your time with the 'January or April intakes' as you're just put in a class which doesnt actually teach your specific UOL syllabus and is catered for the UKT students. Work in meantime whilst waiting for the Sept Intake!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. Office buildings are nice and clean. Campus is nice too. The Hub is a cool place to hang out. Only the lifts need a little upscaling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They only think about payment after that they leave you alone. You have to find your own way to get materials for study, or your certificates... ridiculous service. All 1 race anyways ?no wonder. Please mix chinese and malay as well la in the management. I can see and feel the lousy job they are doing. Ruining us students. What 1k graduation you pay and you only get a lunch box? Wehhh, too much. Go other unis that offer same price but better qualities la i adviced. Good job for the lectures tho.

BAC Backed4life Truly amaze me and the environment was wonderful no words to describe ♥️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously, I didn’t think BAC’s service can get any worse than what I’ve heard from other people. I called in today for an enquiry but the lady who was on the call was so rude (she sounded so annoyed for some reason) and disrespectful. She actually ended the call halfway through the convo when I wasn’t even done speaking yet. So disappointing. BAC only acts fast and efficient when it comes to collecting fees from students

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come here if you want to learn how to be independent because bac will literally leave you with everything to do yourselve after they've collected your money. Even if you ask for their help, they would be very reluctant to do so.The program manager has attitude problem as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management is very unorganized and rude. Their staff were very rude to my parents during our inquiry sessions, but hey, you should see the way they call to ask payments! Very money hungry, I'd say. Their library is quite small but their lecturers are nice and very dedicated. Their smoking spots are wide and open-spaced too. Would recommend if you're a "Go, get education, leave" type of person. Definitely not for a "WOHOOO student life" person lol!
