★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My taobao stuck with this low standard company for 1 month. And they outsource to other company to deliver to Johor, which is worse.
I will complain straight to Taobao, and I hope everyone else complain to the online shopping platform and forcing them to terminate their contract with this company.
A company like this shall never exist on earth!

1st Dec, I noticed status out for delivery on 30th Nov.
2nd Dec, I noticed status change to out for delivery on 2nd Dec????
What is your purpose to update the status?? No reason, no any informed. Just for happy???
Calling, no response.
Email, no response.
What is your purpose to put the contact on website???
What is the reason Taobao will send the items to this lousy company??
Can't believed this is a logistic company, it seem more like a cheater company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor logistic company with unprofessional work ethic. The parcel was delivered without prior notice.The driver tried to force me to follow their schedule or else, they will return the parcel to the seller.
The driver didn't help deliver the parcel up to my unit but requested me to move the parcel all by myself. Bright Star Logistics, can you imagine how the customer could move a 80kg parcel up to his unit all by himself? Please be considerate, we have paid for your services!
The general helpline provided in the website is not responsive as well, I believe most of the users are not able to track their delivery status.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ have been reading a lot of comments from FB about this logistics... Most are related to bad comments... I'm so worried after reading all these.... But so far my experience with bright star logistics is very good... I had received my parcel in 3days with good condition...Email had response by just a day.... Hmm... So I rate 5 ?

1. Delayed in delivery service without being contactable
Status mentioned parcels are out for delivery on 17th January, but I still didn’t receive my parcels as at till 27th January. Worst is, you can NEVER be able to check your status. Try calling them everyday but no one will ever pick up your call, try messaging their customer service on WhatsApp, delivered but no one will reply to you. Understand that it is not easy to manage logistics, but please at least let us know what is the status so we could do proper planning. Still not getting any respond from them as I’m typing this.
2. You will need to carry your own goods
Driver called me up to collect the goods from the roadside (130kg electrical desk!!) BY MYSELF. He said it is too heavy for him to send over to my house as he doesn’t have a trolley. How ridiculous!! Of course I’m not capable to do so!! Then he said he will just leave it there & ask me to go borrow a trolley or whatever to shift it myself. He is asking a lady to do this all by herself at the roadside. Insane!! Ended up I have to seek for help from my neighbour.
