★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BrioHR has built a robust and comprehensive product that's also really user-friendly—I was very impressed by the features I explored during the trial period; most enterprise HR software in the market tends to be clunky or difficult to use, but I found that was not the case with BrioHR.
As it is both well-designed & has an affordable monthly license fee, I was keen on using BrioHR for our team though my HQ decided to go with another software due to requiring support in the UK being a priority (our unit is based in Malaysia). The fee structure based on its modules is very attractive for what it offers, especially for early adopters.
The modules for performance management/training, recruitment and payroll deserve a special mention as there were some creative and effective solutions to sync all the processes together in HR. Genius!
Still, it is an excellent platform that's very well thought-out, and all experiences I've had with the team from speaking to their sales representatives, attending their informative webinars and speaking with their marketing team about my questions related to their white papers and e-books have been pleasant and friendly.
I hope we'll get the chance to explore using BrioHR in the future, and meanwhile, a big thank you to the team for dealing with our questions and sharing such information with us even though we weren't able to take the next step (for now!).
All the best and looking forward to see where BrioHR will go from here both in EU and MY.
