These guys are actually awesome. They saved my child on 25th December 2018 12:30am. My child was just 2 days old then. The staff is friendly and cooperative. They not only saved my child but also consoled my family. I travelled to this hospital from Bandar Sri Permaisuri, KL at midnight. May God bless all the staff of this hospital. Very good hospital if you’re looking for a best Gynecologist. Dr. Tan Boon Chong is superbly friendly and very knowledgeable doctor we’ve have ever meet. We went there during our first kid and it’s was the best decision. Very reasonable charges and doctor will never suggest or charge you anything which is not necessary. Each visit Dr. Tan Boon explain everything so clearly and each time we came out with a super smiley face and now are proud parents of a baby boy. Thank you Dr. Tan, we love you !!

I acknowledged to get my MC this morning during my visit..end up with your nurse's mistake and just with a "simple SORRY" we gonna spend time to travel once again to get the MC tomorrow..the fact is: THAT is your good company's mistaken, why we going to bear your mistake by wasting our time to travel once again!!

Their waiting time in hospital is worse than klinik kesihatan. Service even worse. No numbering system. You blurly wait for ur turn without knowing when they will call u. There's only 2 doctors servicing all patients. Pediatrician only available 2 times a week for 2 hours. Imagine the queue. Waiting to see doctor with a newborn is no fun. Even their treatment is very doubtful whether correct or not. Very very unimpressed!!!!!

I came to meet Dr Tan very last minute of my pregnancy, he accepted me and provided us first class service throughout the last few check ups and the entire delivery process. I felt very comfortable and the nurses were very nice to us too.

This is a OB-GYN hospital located next to Kajang Silk Highway. It has both walk in and wards located over 3 floors. The delivery wards are open 24hrs

My wife followed up and gave birth in this hospital. Dr Tan is experienced and professional. The hospital is well maintained. The only thing is that private hospital is somehow not as good as government hospital in promoting breastfeeding. I was told by my friend that nurse in government hospital will ask you to breastfeed baby right after giving birth but what we experienced here is different (they are flexible and allow you to make your decision whether you wanna breastfeeding or feeding formula milk). Anyway I am still satisfied with the service provided here overall.

Very traumatising birthing experience with doctor Tan and the nurses! And Doctor Tan was not honest with me during my visits. When i was almost close to due date during week 37-38 doctor tan kept poking in me and check for baby’s head engagement. And baby’s head was not engaged obviously from the scanning so he told me that i need to confirm a caesarean. He said things like first pregnancy baby head will engage in week 36 and baby umbilical cord might fall off if i break my water. Of course he tried to scare me and in a way force me to c section cause can earn more! And luckily i did my own research and ask around theres no such thing as all womans pregnancy the same and some baby’s head will engage during the due date. And thankfully i followed my instincts and patiently wait for baby to come out on his own because he wasn’t ready. But surprisingly doctor Tan didnt mention any of this and keep insisting that i got problem tht baby did not engage early and want me to do caesarean! When i was a day before due date i started my labour, when back to him to check n i was 5/6cm dilated, he then approved me to delivery room upstairs and induce my labour with pitocin the time was 10am++. When i dilated 8/9cm within half an hour i gave birth to my baby boy at 1.01pm. It was so uncomfortable and the doctor tan told me not scream and he said he will Scold me if i disobey! And the nurses was rough and not patience with me. And i consider my delivery too fast i only pushed like three times and it happened within half hour. I felt that doctor tan did an episiotomy on me and its 4th degree tear! I asked him about how many cm he told me his exact words”there’s no such thing as how many cm” I was like dafuq! So dishonest! I even felt hell pain when he sew my wounds as he didnt inject painkillers to numb the area. He was very rough on me! And he also said “this is what u get n go through when u didnt do caesarean!” Its not nice n polite of his words for mothers who went thru all the pain especially when he was rough and i was hell traumatised and phobia! He even complain saying i lost too much blood! And kept insisting that i ate ginseng or whatsoever that causes me to bleed but the problem is I didn’t even like nor consume any of the food in the list he gave. It’s ridiculous! And my wounds was not sewn properly and it tear again after a few weeks later. I never want to go bck to him again! And i do not recommend this place! The nurse was impolite and they didnt care well of my baby causing my baby having bad red rashes on the bossom!
