★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have took my computer delivered test 9 days ago. The computer mouse ? was really awful, very bad quality, I need to press hard to use the highlighting feature ? when they changed it after the Listing section, also the second one was the same quality.
The certificate should be delivered to your place after 7 days from your test, as they said we cannot collect it because the MCO. However, it has been 9 days since I took the test and I still didn't get it till now. They gave wrong phone number to the shipping company and when I contacted the shipping company they said they cannot help me, and when I called the British Council KL they said send an email and usually it takes another 3 day to solve the problem ☹

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my IELTS computer-based test there and filled up the form for courier service on the same day. It's been two weeks since my test (23rd Oct 21), and I've yet to receive my TRF or any notification regarding the courier service. Contacted the British Council via email/phone; however, it seems the exams department is unreachable even by their own customer service for unknown reasons? They don't even send out the TRF electronically. If the British Council has a major issue with sending results via courier, why can't they have an electronic system instead? Really poor effort and service for an exam that costs RM795! Not everybody sitting for the test comes from KL and affords to just drop by to collect the results. Some people, like myself, need to make arrangements from outside the state to travel there. Please be more considerate!!!! I would never sit for the test again at the British Council KL if it wasn't the only test centre available in Peninsular Malaysia.
Side note, they even cancelled my initial test date on 22nd October 21 due to technical issues and informed me two days prior to the exam. Thankfully, they managed to slot me on the 23rd. So much for inconvenience and speaks volumes regarding their subpar management!

The booking of the theme group classes it's challenging to get the class on the time or date you want as they try to keep you subscribed by making avaliable dates very far away

1. Never answer phone call
2. Never pick-up any phone call
3. Don't bother to update exam candidate on exam date / time
Very Bad Attitude and Services!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sat for my UKVI IELTS test a couple of weeks ago.
Overall, their service was more or less good.
The only thing that disappointed me was that my TRF arrived a few days b4 the scheduled date and it was soaking wet coz of the all-week wet weather. My senior later told me that hers was half-stuck in the letterbox and suspended in the air whereby the drain went right underneath it. I suppose there is still room for improvement in terms of its courier service.
BTW, I would like to express my gratitude to a blonde female invigilator whom I met. She was so good-natured and patient that she listened attentively to my words throughout the period. Though sometimes I scrambled words out of a bundle of nerves or paused to thought for a moment, she did not bombard me with other questions but gave me a pleasant smile, likely trying to calm me down.
