I've purchased MSP pivot attic ladder. They installed it at my house.i was very much surprised that this ladder is from overseas namely Poland. Reason being is that the wood quality is totally unacceptable. It is so rough and the wood is actually not 1 solid wood whereby to much of joint. It is not worth to pay the amount as I guess the local can do a better quality. In the catalogues it is indicated as ready to paint since the colour is not as what they have shown through video. The surface is so unacceptable. I don't understand how come the sales manager can accept it and telling me that this what we receive and what we are giving to customers. He can also ask additional RM1000 to polish back the surface. Such a services can be provided by big company especially the company status is (M) Sdn Bhd.
