The person at the counter seems unfriendly. Only this one guy who people always look into because he is quite friendly since last time.

I did go to brothers penang...brothers kl...service very friendly...not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The spare part accessories there is quite pricey, i went there to survey a dashcam for my car and i also asking if i wanted to use outside dashcam how much will they charge me ? They’ll charge 2 times more if using outside dashcam and no warranty provided. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a top car accessories shop during the early days of their opening but has gone down now. Maybe it's due to their service or maybe the quality of their products. Personal experience was when fixing car speaker. One guy immediately approached and asked regarding the problem and took out the wires as if he's going to fix immediately and asked me to pay first. But after that I was made to wait for more than hour before actually he started doing work. This is their trick, once you paid you cannot leave because it's taking very long. They could have just said "ohh we have some cars here, will take a while" even by saying we would expect how long will it take instead of giving false hope. Poor service!
