Trip over floor strewn with goods and items were not easy to find. All over the place and many with no price tag.
Bad experience at entrance for not understanding the mispronounced word the so call boss was saying.
First and last time patronise this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More than 10 years never been here...try to check out my head unit Sony brand which I currently use..unfortunately the model is still stick to the same price which I bought 20 years ago..plus with no warranty some more..and no discount available..they seems like not trying to finish the stock at cheaper price..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's are plenty different of product you can find out there. Which is pretty great. But before you, please do some research as the staff inside didn't event know what the products is and how to use it. The worst part is never and ever ask their staff to do the accessories work for you. Better do it yourself. From my experience, I want to added a soundproof things on my door. But the workman said the products is not good, so ask me to change another one. But that 'another one' actually I have it already and I told that workman, he reply said no problem, add another one will be great
But who know, it makes my car hard to close the door and they way the workman skill are clearly not enough. End up, I wasted my money and also the workman fee to this shop.
I will recommend people do their research on the product before comes here. Cause the customer service is really worse.

Would recommend to anyone wanting to buy anything car related. Enjoy the browse through. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price of some of their branded car audio and branded accessories are quite good (never quoted with installation), but options are also limited. They could be cheaper online, but be careful to not end up with imitation fake goods there or at any other accesory shop. The prices of car cleaning products are okay, but again, limited and some really old stock at times. Companies sometimes update their formula, and only the old version would be available here. The installation workmanship is lousy and a bit more expensive usually - warranty period limited too. Advce to avoid installing the more complicated things here, like audio systems and anything that involves wiring and more detailed work. Never buy the cheaper looking and unknown brands sold by them, you will regret it later, and always doubt the warranty, if there even is one.
On their online store on their website, it's mostly old stock for everything, audio equipment included, so only walk in if you want to pick up something, and research before going. Don't trust the sales guy, if they even bother serving you. They don't like to hire Malaysians anyway, so it's worth downgrading their rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Park the car in front of the premise, foreign worker came out and followed me to the shop to make sure I'm in the shop.
Once I entered the shop he followed, the worker inside just ignored the customer, I was there standing waiting for any staff to assist me in selecting some accessories, but stood there for 10 min all the staff just ignored. The cashier was busy looking down at the phone, the local guy sat at the front door looking at the car passing by, other staff just walked away.
