★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient for residents of areas around USJ 7 such as USJ 1,2,6 who wish to visit Sun way Pyramid, Lagoon for shopping, recreation without the hassle of driving and looking for a place to park their cars. Residents of Bandar Sun way, which is not along the LRT Kelana Jaya(KJ) line, can use the BRT to reach the USJ 7 LRT station located one level above this BRT station, before taking the train to their intended destinations served by this KJ line, or to the Putra Heights terminal station to change to the LRT Sri Petaling line for destinations not reached by the KJ line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fully integrated mass transport hub between the LRT and MRT lines. Offers seemless transits between the two services within the same station. Commuters have commented about the disparity in pricing between the electric bus service and the light rail facilities. Covered walkways from the shopping malls nearby could have been better.
