★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor workmanship using low quality materials. Roof Top Leaking for 4 years which the developer cannot solve it for their project in penang .After he did the repair the roof top leaking still resurfaced less than a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy workmanship & low quality material used for the new house. Especially water leaking problem unable to solve since moved in, even in warranty period the leaking problem just keep on repair and can't be solved until warranty period end. The worst thing is BSG don't even bother the issue and let the house owner repeating repair the same problem after warranty period. This is an irresponsible developer.
