★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SLOW SERVICE!!!!!!! THE STAFF AT THE COUNTER ARE SO SLOW THAT I WAITED FOR MORE THAN 1.5 HOURS WHEN I WAS ONLY 10 NUMBERS AWAY! According to my slip below, I arrived at 10.18am on Friday, 7 June. By the time my number was called, it was already 12.11pm. I just need to buy a pin number but I have to wait for more than 1.5 hours? The problem lies here:
1. The staff are slow.
2. The 4th counter is non functional.
3. The 3rd counter is only use for pembelian BSN SSP.
4. The staff at the first counter is extremely slow.
5. Some of us were forced to wait outside the bank when we arrived about 10am because the staff need to fix the atm machine and during that time, non of the counter operate during this time.
6. There is no special counter for opening a bank account. This takes more than 10 minutes for each customer who applied for new bank account.
Overall, my experience here at BSN today was really really bad. I've been to another bank and I was 100 numbers away but it takes less than 2 hours of waiting time. But here at BSN, almost 2 hours of waiting for 10 numbers, I guess it's time to train up the staff. Please understand that not all customers have the whole day to wait for these bank matters. Surely, every customer deserves a better service than this. I surely do not mind waiting if there are many customers but having only a few which have taken such a long time to serve the customer, it is not acceptable. And I believe I have the right to voice out my opinion.
