★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is new and promising. There are tables and chairs available. The machines are stacked; dryer on top of washer. Busy during weekends, so if you leave your load to get a quick bite nearby, people will take out your laundry.
Initially, I thought this stacked washer + dryer combo is a great idea, as you won't have to drag your wet load to the dryer at the other end of the room. But upon observing how things go in practice, if you're there just to use the dryer, it's like you're "competing" with the person doing their washing below.
Coincidentally, when I was there, the washer I was about to use refused to accept coins. I had already purchased detergent and softener from the vending machine and poured it in that washer. I moved my load to another washer and contacted the Customer Support number displayed on the wall. No answer. So I texted. No reply.
Fortunately, not long after, a staff member came and was prompt enough to provide immediate refund. A while later, I received a phone call from management, asking if our issue was addressed and whether we've received our refund. All in all, it was an okay experience. I hope they continue to provide good service.
