Saya cuma nak inform yang machine 12kg, 2nd machine from hujung sekali tu rosak, dia telan duit.
I don't even want refund pun cuma stress la masuk masuk duit je machine tu taknak bergerak dan tak boleh keluarkan balik syiling tu, terpaksa guna machine sebelah yang okay. Then same thing will happen to next customer masuk duit machine tak bergerak kalau tak ada siapa inform
What if emergency happened in the dobi next time and still no one could pick up the call memang tunggu terbakor la dobi tu baru korang sedar kot..
Just tingkatkan customer service dan letak nombor orang yang boleh angkat call. Thanks
Service okay, just please, if you put 3 phone numbers near the customer services section, why don't three three pick up the phone? I call many times, but not once ... on weekday office hours, moreover, instead of holiday weekend time
I just want to inform that the 12kg machine, the 2nd machine from the end is broken, he swallowed the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would appreciate even more if the power outlets are working. While doing my laundry I would at times like to get some work done and seeing there’s a few power outlets in the premise but none are working, it annoys me.

the detergent here is not bubble enough compared to other branch.

This drink I bought from Bobabonda nearby Bubblelab laundry and Eco shop. Completely recommended.
