★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the inhumane behavior that the Klang doctors are having towards the refugee patients is something I want to talk about; one thing in particular, that is the wait time. They give appointment for 9:00 the morning, They usually come around 9:30 to 10:00 am. and start seeing the first patient at 10:30. It has happened to me two times that I got there for an appointment at 9:00 am, there were already a few patients before me, which is normal but the wait time was unbearable. The first patient was seen by a doctor at 10:30. both times I was out of the clinic by 1:00 pm. I was unable to go alone so my husband had to accompany me and following the SOPs, he had to wait out side the clinic for 4 hours. I have complained their office through contact form, I hope they take a notice.
