Not only were they attentive to all our requirements but they also provided new ideas to transform our kitchen in ways we had not imagined. We really appreciate Cass' attention to detail, her patience in explaining all our options and accomodating our amendments. We had some challenging requirements for Cass and she went the extra mile to make it happen. We are grateful to be able to have Cass and Nick help us through realising our dream kitchen and would not have done it any other way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I previously rated 1 star to this company, primarily because of their staffs name Kate & Syafizan (handling project section). They were unresponsive and I had to follow up multiple times (but still with no reply). I was the client but had to beg for them to entertain me.
I had to alternatively find other contact number and came across Yen (handling retail section). Yen was helpful and prompt in reply - but as it gets longer, the replies started to become slow probably due to the number of client(s) to handle? Pity her, but I believe she had tried her best. Hence, a better rating.
I dropped by at the retail lot to discuss on the layout and design on 4 June 2022 but up until now (17 June 2022), I have yet to receive any quotation. I wonder how long will it takes later for the installation.
Not sure of the price yet, but based on the other owners' feedback, it was premium. However, the services seem to be greatly lacking.
Note: The owners (including myself) has no other options but to wait and stick to Buenos because apparently they provided Kitchen Cabinet voucher to the Lot 15 Project, Subang Jaya. Either way, we will lose. If we find other supplier - we had to pay a big sum of money from zero. If we stay with Buenos, although we have a voucher worth of RM13k, they'll overcharge us that we need to topup more + work at their own pace.
Bad experience.
