★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in Seelong. Easy trek. Set out early to reach at 6 am to enjoy the sunrise. Good for family outing, as it’s merely half-an-hour drive from JB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is absolutely a hidden gem in a middle of Palm Oil Plantation situated at Felda Ulu Tebrau, Johor Bahru. Currently the views are spectacular but soon once the Palm Oil trees grow taller you will not be able to see it for a long period of time.
I personally thank you the Company who own this Plantation for allowing visitors to enter and appreciate the views, they even took the initiative to build a stair and place a rubbish bin for visitors easy access on the big stone.
Hopefully, all Hikers and visitors would cooperate in taking care of the area to avoid littering and keep it clean. Be thankful we are allowed to enter the Private property to be given the chance to visit this great place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, view superb, not many people. Mostly mtb guys. Maybe due to MCO. Place is clean, even has garbage can. However, for those intended to drive there, the road is hilly, and some loose gravel. Most suitable for 4x4. Need to do short walk though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bukit batu gajah inside an oil palm plantation, best to park around jln impiana 6 and walk to the area, short walk to batu gajah around 1km one way, easy hike, get hot if sunny. Rock area need to be careful sand is slippery , careful of bees, otherwise there are others that bring family for walk there and enjoy the view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our 2nd stop for that morning. Will rate it 1/10 difficulty. Our youngest hiker was 5years old. So I feel is pretty much suitable for anyone, as long they are keen for day out???
Wanted to enjoy the view bit longer on the huge main rock but was disturb by some bugs. Not sure if is bees… but it’s really just huge flying buzzing insects ?
Overall a nice pleasant hike, if you are not looking for something too difficult.
FYI. Suitable for mountain bikers too??♀️?♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for taking picture. Roughly 1km to reach to the top of Batu Gajah. Short distance only. But quite hot ? if we start from 8-9am, better bring your jacket and cap together.
