★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd worst transportation service after KTM. Frequency doesn't go as expected even during peak hours you can wait up to 30 minutes for a ride. Not recommended for those who're in a rush. Take LRT instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is being more then 2 months monorail Bukit Nenas escalator was broken. Why taken so long to fix. Bear in mind this is one of the main public transport in middle heart of city. Is bit of shame for main transportation had a lack of maintenance. If this minor maintenance couldn't being fix, I wonder how they manage with bigger problem maintenance. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok as a station. Has a great location. Twin towers are near and many good hotels so you don't have to worry about transport if you live in that area. What I didn't like was the security. The place seemed spooky as it was unattended. I didn't happen to see any staff working there so we couldn't get any help apart from asking other people who were in the same station. It was not that secure and we felt afraid when three men seemed to follow us. It has a regular staircase and an escalator. My tips is to go in and out of this station as soon as you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please fix the elevator A$AP! This issue has been unattended for a long time already. Please think abt those who have disabilities. I saw this uncle with a disability on his leg having to face the difficulty to climb the stairs every single day since he work nearby the station. It took him solid 5 minutes to reached just the top of the stairs as you know there's 2 stairs at the station. Please do something as soon as possible. Spare them some of your humanity. It hurts my heart everytime I saw him missed the train because of this. Hoping to see some changes or improvement regarding this.
