Burger was ok but the buns needed improvements. I would rate McDonald's burger buns 4 stars out of 5 and the buns here would get 2 stars.
Ordering process was bad. There should be table service but we had to go to the unmanned counter to pick up the menu and fortunately one of the wait staff passed by and we ordered.
Food preparation was quick but our drinks didn't reach us and we cancelled them because we had to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Went for the advertised grilled in sand however was told not available. Tasteless water. Asked for chilli sauce also they couldn’t provide. The fries are tasteless and soggy. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been yearssss since I last visited the place. I like how they’ve diversified their menu and explored more on their “bakar” expertise - offering more dishes with rice.
I’ve tried the sotong gergasi, and it was really nice. It came with few dippings & the best one is the sambal kicap johor style. The price is however on a higher side, comparing it with other restaurants.
The burger, which is their OG specialty was okay, but it was not same as from when the restaurant opened 10-ish ago. But overall, it was a good experience. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here just for the sotong gergasi. Super delicious. Affordable price. Nice surrounding...just in front of a lake. Friendly staff. Variety of foods here inc western. Highly reccomended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambiance very nice. The grill beef burger was great. But the staffs were not attentive & not friendly. Doesn't have the welcoming attitude. They were on their phone and need to called them few times to get their attention. I ordered the free flow pink guava and it tasted horrible.
