β β β β β Most stupid BK outlet. Lack of staff. Only 2 staff take care the whole restaurant and kitchen. Staff is good but the stupidest is the owner or management. Need to wait almost 1 hour for only 8 people queuing in front of me.

β β β β β Crazy slow worker , very understaff . Expect to wait 15 mins per customer . Queued 30 mins to eat a fast food with only 3 customer in front. They also Allow Malay to cut queue to buy drinks.

and very sad no crispy fried chicken with reason no stock. unacceptable.

β β β β β Breakfast menu item not available, only 1 frontline staff, insufficient to cater the service. No food tray to hold the order for dine in, cause inconvenience for family and order in large group. My food for 4 has ended dropped to floor, as it was all placed in one paper bag. Wasted.

β β β β β Worst management, every table is full of cups and left over residuals by ex customer. While instead of choosing to clean it up, the staff choose to rest at one of the table and playing his hand phone. The hygiene of the restaurant is really worst and I canβt really found a clean table to sit down and have my meal. Really disappointed and shame on Malaysia since many tourists visit on this outlet. We as the customer have to clean it up by ourself only we can have our meal. Such a low and poor quality from the management.

β β β β β The beef patty and fries taste really good! The chili sauce taste fantastic too.
Expect food delay as they are severely understaff. Poor the staff working there. The cashier even walk back and forth to the kichen and ordering counter. During my visit i can only see 3 workers working hard try to serve customer. Burger king management should do something about this. Don't exploit and overwork your staff.

β β β β β I visited this outlet during festive seasons. My opinion this outlet is pretty challenging for the teams here . With 4 staffs they only able to manage in the serving area ; serve the customers,prep the food etc. But not for cleaning up the restaurants. The amazing things they still maintain the food quality even in thΓ© hardest time like this.
