Ambience: fast food restaurant, not so crowded, mainly with local and foreign tourists
Price: MYR15 and above, with SST
Service: its a self-service
Overall: quick fix for lunch, which is a short walk distance from legoland themepark and hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is ok but the wait is horrendous. Just 1 cashier with system down no receipt given. So you dont know if they overcharge you or not. And only 2 crews preparing food, you have to wait at least 20min to get your fast food. Been here months ago and nothing change, even on Christmas week. Talk about service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager of the store is very rude and very unkind! The burger had a small sauce so I asked for more. Then she asked me to pay more RM1. I have visited many Burger King in many countries, but I have never seen a place where I receive more money when I was asked to add sauce. When I complained (to her, she was the owner and manager of this store), she responded very rudely. She said you had to follow my policy because the store was hers. Her manner was very unpleasant to me and she never apologized for it. She stared me out to the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly cashier, slam the door loudly for donno what reason. This outlet does not allow the use of BK coupons or other promo from partners. Limited manpower, only one person to man the counter and serve the customers. The burger was a little burnt. I wouldn't recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at prime area.. but at one time 3 person is working. 1. Taking orders 2. Preparing 3. Cooking. The queue so long.. spent 10 minutes lining up to order. While taking order.. I requested 2 chicken drumstick.. the cashier first went into the kitchen and asked a lady worker.. she sarcastically said "Left only one.. if need more, go KFC". Is it so hard to say.. not available as for now.. or can wait further? The cashier responded accordingly and politely. Surprisingly.. I got my food quite fast. Don't order mushroom burger.. it's looks like canned mushroom.. others burger.. quite delicious. There is no toilet... And even worst no soap to wash hand in the outlet. The floor is slippery when it is wet. Overall.. food ok. Service and others.. bad.
