β β β β β Staff is friendly, the place is clean and well kept. Aircon works good. Normal menu for a Burger King, the service was fast and accurate. Rest place for a short stop from the highway.

Anyway, the new Salmon Mentai burger ? is a little big mehhhh-rated for me but the nugget is to die for!

β β β β β This is not a rant, just a friendly reminder to the staff at Burger King. 2 hours ago, I bought a single burger meal, 2-piece chicken ala carte and a fries and paid via PayWave with no receipts. Is this how you normally operate your drive thru order or is there anything I'm missing out??(The rant is a bit delay cause I'm driving) How am I gonna know if I am missing any of my food item??

β β β β β Horrible experience at This franchise. Was waiting in the drive thru queue for a while, and when it was our turn to finally order, the staff only said βmasuk dalamβ. We then proceeded to wait in the queue as it was quite confusing. when we got to the payment counter, the gentleman in front of us, stopped his vehicle and came over to us, asking if the drive thru was open, and we were equally confused. We were all then waiting by the window, when a staff came over and said βorder dalamβ. The gentleman was furious and said βyou should block off the drive thru if itβs closedβ, as his kids in the car were extremely hungry and had not eaten. The staff at this Burger King showed no remorse whatsoever. Horrible experience, especially after the long drive from malacca amidst the jam on a Sunday.

I got a fish burger - highly processed - very small - very high price. No good
Why burger King have no beef? I need beef every day for my health. Not good at all.

β β β β β Service is ok. Indoor quite looking neat & clean.
One thing that the BK mgmt should note is the environmental hygiene & safety. There was a stray dog roaming around & hanging out in front of the entrance. Pls keep the sensitivity of Muslim customers. BK should write to PLUS for their further action.

β β β β β The food is as great as it should be, normal BL standard. However the staff that works during my visit was bare minimum to hold an operation smoothly.
Long queue were sighted along with piling up order, because only 1 person handles the counter, 1 person on kitchen, 1 person at the lobby..even the manager had to help with the order.
Maybe this is only during weekdays only, they had to reserve the man power for the surging of visitor during the weekend and it was 5pm, not even a dinner time yet so perhaps more staff will come in later..hopefully.
