★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today 2nd May Raya 1st Day 7.13pm, we see 4 staffs working with 8 customer s in queue. No one attend to customers... staff key in orders when the queue in the LCD monitors are done. Those online order terminal kept printing new orders but seems no capacity to attend. What to do... it's holiday. Everyone seems to be patient. Please don't come because such situation just tarnished you good impression about Burger Kin. Not to blame the staffs, today holiday and turning up to work is a plus already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 word. LEMBAB! Super slow in giving services. From taking order till get your meal ready! I'm waiting at counter for 10 minute and the counter staff doing something else in the kitchen! Waiting for my order to get prepared too long! The worst Burger King franchise I ever visited! If you're not having an enough staff to handle do not open! As this is a fast food restaurant it's should be fast!!! ????????????????????????????????????????????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service by staff. Only 3 ppl working at 1 place. Customer need to wait more than 1/2 half hours only for order the food. Not include waiting the food the be serve. Staff is also unfriendly. They just don’t care whether long list waiting or not. Highly NOT RECOMMEND to come to this place. Supposed this place is fast food chain but become SLOW Food chain. Terrible

Placed an order 37 minutes ago.....still waiting for it to be ready
I thought Burger King was a fastfood restaurant.
Better to go McD or Ramli Burger, faster service.

Update, got it after 50minutes
For my coke....they filled 3/4th of the cup with ice, then poured coke from a bottle....cause the coke machine wasn't working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The space and ambience were nice but ruined by large windows that did not provide any privacy for customers. The food was simply average but considering that this is a fast food outlet, one can't be expecting much. Trays were not provided with the food so the dining experience was a bit tedious. Furthermore, condiments of any kind were not available. Compared to other fast food outlets, this place lacked in terms of service and quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ definitely not a 'fast food' chain. Guess they may have shortage of staffs. There is oni 1 counter, we were the only customer queing at that time and yet we waited for almost 15 mins before the cashier could take our order as she was busy packing meals. We ordered tender crisp and veggie burger - instant regret the moment we opened the wrapping . Never ever try the veggie burger here ! There were no tomato slices..the mushroom chunks all sticked together like glue . Gross. Never returning ever again to BK. Worst experience.
