★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E coupon show 2 sprite but gave 2 coke instead of sprite. Ask whether can change or not then the staff said must follow the receipt . Even worst when on receipt show 1 coke and 1 iced lemon tea but given 2 coke. Worst seevice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service because I waited 15 minutes for a mozzarella tendercrisps meal takeaway. The female staff at the counter is not working but chatting with the Grabfood and Food Panda couriers. First time and last time there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered from them on foodpanda and the meal that I received was very underwhelming. It was pricey at RM 38, but since I was getting 3 burgers and 2 drinks with coke and pie, I took the deal. The three burgers were smaller than a kids meal, WE ARE NOT INFANTS! They didn't give one of the 2 cokes. On top of things, the meal tasted horrible. Not an ounce of salt in anything, the bread was dry, the chicken patty was dry and the fish was dry. There was as much as one teaspoon of sauce in each burger. The pie dough is like eating a carpet and the banana filling looks old and tastes like alcohol. Wouldn't not buy ever again. The meal neither satiates nor has any taste redemption also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really slow service. Although there are many staff behind the counter and in the kitchen, it seems their workflow is inefficient. I waited over 20mins for a single meal although there were not many customers.
My soft drink was flat I.e no gas and basicly sweet water. When I asked to change, they still gave me the same flat drink.
Disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually, I would not give even a star to the service of this burger king outlet!! Very rude and poor services from the employee. I wait to order for a long time and there was no other customers at the counter at that time, only my family. The employee just ignore us like we did not even standing there. She just wandering around with an ice cream in her hands did not bother to ask us to wait for a minute or whatsoever. EXTREMELY RUDE!!! There are also other employees that gathering and laughing around not paying attention to customers. Please respect your customers, we come only to eat. Do not treat us with a very bad attitude. Did not recommend to go to this outlet, going here will only make your day worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow and inefficient service. I came on a weekday evening and there is a long line. I don't mind waiting due to the long line, but only one counter was open the whole time and the staffs were just chillin around and not one seems to be rushing to cater to the long line. The line were moving extremely slow---the cashier took one order, moved to the back to help with a couple of orders and then come back for the next. I thought this is a fast food place----there should be an efficient system in place to make sure people get served within a reasonable time. If you continue to operate with this attitude, I think you won't see any lines after the opening hype
Ps I waited for an hour from 7pm on a weekday evening. Don't ask me why I stayed, but I truly expected better from BK
Pps there's tonnes of mosquito ? in the evening ???
