★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now being improved by imposing the express buses to utilise the proper platforms. Renovation is still in progress.
The car park is under utilised, maybe due to the uncomfortable lifts and its walkways (stench of urine).
The second reason could be because the access is locked at midnight. As a long distance bus user, most of the buses that I rode arrive before dawn. I had to walk using the vehicle access (the circling 3 storey parking access we see in shopping complexes) with no lights to get to my car.
Hope the authority will do something about this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few places to sit, buses everywhere without proper application, companies you book from and the bus that picks you up don't tally. You MUST ask around or you might miss your bus. On the flip side, the interior of the bus is decent for the price you pay. Generally safe driving.
