Front desk receptionist refuse to acknowledge receipt of our letters and parcels with our company stamp, and the call answering service provider is ignorant to our business's landline number. So much for personalised service. Service with honesty and common sense comes with a price tag here, very calculative.

They will call me whenever our customers visit the office without prior appointment, sign our parcels/ documents with the company stamp that I left with them and handle with care.
We can even leave my document or parcel there for our customers to pick up.
all the Jamie's are very polite and professional. I had even recommended few of my suppliers and customers to sign up with them.
