Bad experience.. Twice I never get E-tickets from the company. I only received payment confirmation. When I presented to the ticket counter, they ask the E-tickets. I thought the first experience was just technical issue. The same thing happened to me second time. I was struggling to call the customer service in front of ticket counter. Each call waited for 10 mins n no one answer. Someone finally answer on my 3rd call. If you like excitement, try this.

Used them twice. First time was ok. Second time was dreadful. There is a disconnect between the bus driver and this online ticket service. Bought tickets online from Seremban to Melaka. No one at Seremban bus station knew what to do with an online reference code. When I located the correct booth was told the bus driver was not stopping at Seremban as they do not often check the website for online ticket purchases. Bus turned up 1 hour late.

Never buy a ticket at this company! I got my tickets a few days before my busride, but never received an e-mail or anything. Figured it was ok, maybe I just had to give my name to the bus company. When I got there, there was nothing they could do, the service desk wasn't open yet so I couldn't call. I send an e-mail to the company with my question to send me the confirmation I should have got immediately after my purchase, and got a respond 1,5 hours later than my bus (even though my bus was at 10 and the service desk opened at 9). I checked my inbox AND spambox several times, but no e-mail from the company. When I asked for a refund (since I had to buy another ticket and never had the chance to use mine), they refused. I will never buy a ticket here again.

Bus from TBS to Penang Driver is talking loudly non stop without wearing face mask! Also very rude! Ask will he stop by R&R (after 2 hours journey), he reply rudely say no! Have to wait till he drive to Amandajaya station (which took about 1hour!) After arrive in Amanjaya, he asked those who wants to go toilet to go down. While i am going down, he rudely questioned me where do i go?! Excuse me? Do i need to report wince you gave the time to go toilet? First and last for KPB Express!

The worst experience I have faced with this bloody app while my trip to Mersing. While going to mersing I boarded the Maraliner (which is by far the worst bus I have ever taken) where the driver was totally high on cigarettes and was making stops at weird dark places and telling us to take a break there. And we reached Mersing in 6 hours! If there are multiple stops for Mersing why not mention that in the booking page for the clarity of its passengers? Then the return bus ticket was booked in Sanwa Express. When i booked the ticket I booked a 2+2 bus amd booked 2 seats for me and my husband. But when we boarded the bus, it was a 2+1 and what was even worse - my husband and I were seated in two different seats and a stranger was kept beside me. When the stranger arrived, the bus operator guy at the bus station started scolding us in front of everyone for sitting at the wrong place!? Whose fault is it at the first place that you do not deliver your promise and then expect us to sit separately? Are we your customers or you are doing a favour for us by providing us the service with our money? The bloody operator at the seremban bus station deserves some bad words from me for being such a moron!!!!! Thank you for your bad service. This will be the last time I will use your bus service.

Such a bad experience where the bus delayed 1hour and when I tried to reach their customer service no answer. The person who sent text message saying that 11am bus rescheduled to 12pm, cancelling the call and now it's passed 12pm‼️‼️

Mersing-Melaka: bus took 2 hours more. Not 4,5 hours but 6,5 hours. Stops at many smal places off the main route like Kampung Jawa Baru and Segamat. Friends arrived even 3 hours later a day before.
