โ โ โ โ โ First and foremost, I was very in love with this shop's pastry and bakery. I even went there almost every time I returned hometown from university. However, it really disappointed me from the view of service. Honestly, the staff do not show their respects to customers. I had a bad experience when I order a cake for my friends' birthday through calling far from university. The service is really bad as I have no idea about how big a cake is neither 1/2 kg nor 1 kg. And then, I ask for the size that available or provided by the shop. The PIC at that time tell me like that, โๅฐๅงๅ๏ผไฝ ็ดๆฅ่ทๆ่ฎฒไฝ ่ฆๅคๅฐkilo็ๅฐฑๅฅฝโ I'm like... Umm ok, actually I just want to know the size in inches/cm perhaps, so that I could estimate it. Just tell me, is that hard? If you're reading this, please change your attitude while communicating with customers. Once bad service is considered as BAD all the time. Sorry, I can't bother this issue as this may influence my mood all the day. Thank you in advance.

โ โ โ โ โ First time experience at Cheng Perdana's Butter & Olive. Love the ambience. The bread and pastries inviting so is their pastas. The coffee could have been better. The prices reasonable. The cakes very tempting but can't resist the breads. So bought quite a bit to bring home. Will definitely come again.

โ โ โ โ โ Lousy customer service and rude staff. Even when I ask a little bit more questions about their pastriy varieties, being answered unwillingly as if I am causing them harm.
Further, doesn't follow SOP. Never take customer temperature. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go there as there is no way to monitor if someone is COVID infected or not. Choose other bakeries which are more safe and better treatment if needed to get any other pastry choices.

โ โ โ โ โ If you are a bread lover, you will agree with me; with their homemade natural yeast, no other bakery can beat Butter Olive's pastries! Also, the Oreo cheese cake is a killer; savour it with a cup of Amalucado coffee โ... You would definitely want to come back every now & then.

โ โ โ โ โ Ive been here several times whenever i have to go to Alor Gajah Court. I love this pastry cafe. Caramel latte is superb! Not too sweet yet creamy. Ive tried several of their pastry, blueberry bread, coconut pandan bread, anchovies bread and tuna sandwich. Love โค first and last the most. Overall, nice cafe for chilling out! ? Definitely Will try their cakes later. #imasweettoothtoo
